2-10-2009 @11:50PM Bernie B said... I would think one of the advantages of a product like Raw Milk has to do with going Locovore. Meaning having more faith in local products than nationally distributed corporatized food stuffs.
I always buy Milk from local distributors. Fortunately the city I live in [Lansing, Michigan] has a convenience store chain called Quality Dairy (like 7-11) which produces its own Milk / Ice Cream product. In Detroit there's a high quality milk available from Gurnsey Farms Dairy which is outstanding.

Michael, raw milk from healthy, grass-fed cows is WAY safer for you to consume than the antibiotic-riddled, pus-filled, hormone-laden, dead white liquid that passes for milk at most grocery stores. I'm sure a comment won't convince you, but perhaps you should check out the raw milk advocate side of the store at realmilk.com.
