Now You Can Learn EcoGastronomy at the University of New Hampshire

Farm to Fork

The farm to fork motto has really broken into the world of academia. The University of New Hampshire now offers a dual major in EcoGastronomy. Man, as much as I love my Comm/English honors degree, I would've loved to add something like this into my program.

Basically, students who sign up for this dual major get to immerse themselves in the world of sustainability, learning about sustainable agriculture along with hospitality management and nutrition. They'll visit farms, kitchens, and labs, and even get to gain foreign, international experience at the University of Gastronomical Sciences in Italy. Lucky flippin' youngin's.

Are any of you also dying to go back to school now?

I'm going to guess that you're a York U alumnus.
