Slicing hard-cooked eggs can be messy because the yolk tends to crumble. Check out this clever tip.

Yolks tend to crumble and stick to the blade of the knife when trying to cut them.

1. Next time you are looking for a clean cut, spray your knife with nonstick cooking spray. The eggs can now be neatly sliced. Respray the knife blade as needed.

2. If you have an egg slicer tucked away in your drawer, now is the time to take it out. Most new egg slicer's come with multiple blades for different cuts- sliced and cubed.
