
These pretty little meringue cookies are the brainchild of Joy the Baker and they, more than just about any other holiday goodie I've seen this season, are making me feel festive inside. I believe it digs into our recesses of childhood where you hear the stories, taste the candy cane, smell the sweetness, see the fun and touch the texture to feed us the experience. This new style version gives the same feeling yet it fits more of who we are as adults ... fun and less messy
