French Onion Soup is a delicious meal on its own, but instead of repeats the next day, turn your soup into a rich and creamy gravy.

It's not a crazy idea to have French Onion soup two nights in a row -- it's definitely tasty enough. But that's not all you can do with the savory, onion-filled broth you've made for dinner.

Instead of having soup leftovers, turn the broth into gravy on day two. Simply pour some of your leftover soup into a frying or sauce pan and reduce it down while whisking in just a touch of flour. In no time, you'll have a rich gravy that can be used on meat, poutine, or any other gravy-centric dish.
