Cupcake Camp, previously an event limited to the San Francisco Bay-area, is coming east and we in Philadelphia are quite delighted to welcome it to town. Created by cupcake mavens Ariel Waldman, Lynn, Marianne Masculino and Cindy Li, the original Cupcake Camp kicked off last June as a way to celebrate all things cupcake.
The east coast edition will be held at Indy Hall (Philadelphia's coworking space) on Sunday, November 16th from 3-5 pm and is being organized by Dana and Katie of Open Source Cupcakes (I had a chance to taste their cupcakes over the weekend and they are delicious). You can RSVP for the event on Upcoming or Facebook and it's open to anyone who wants to bring (either make or buy them) or eat cupcakes (just make sure to let them know by November 15th if you're planning on bringing cupcakes).
Cupcakes for all!
