Carvel to appreciate customers Sept. 20

When I mention the word Carvel to my boyfriend, he starts singing the theme song from his childhood. I don't have many childhood associations with Carvel (mostly because they don't have any stores in Oregon) but I do love their ice cream cakes. Tomorrow, Carvel will be thanking all their long-time customers for their loyalty with a Customer Appreciation Day. Small cones will be just $.59 and you get a free Lil' Rounder just for coming in. So find a location near you, grab the fam and enjoy some cheap treats.

Ah - I remember the day that I discovered that "Fudgy the Whale" was just the same mold as "Santa" and "Lucky Leprechaun" (?) turned sideways. The hot fudge was even sweeter after that -- and what are those chocolate crunchies in the middle of the cakes made out of - crack?

Your icecream is not the best in USA, sorry Carvel, your icecream is maybe expensive but not the best.
I found out the best icecream at Pasticceria BRUNO in Staten Island. No icecream can be superior, than Pasticceria BRUNO,,,Period.

hey perry .. i have had ice cream at that Pasticceria BRUNO...and i can tell you this... you need you head checked out...mediocre at best...but it's cheap..so there you go...

Carvel or Baskin and Robinson ( I don't know if the spelling is right)and others, are for kids. If you want to taste the real Gelato (gelato is an Italian invention) you have to go around and find an Italian place that sell real ICECREAM "GELATO"

Not true! I went to two local Phoenix Carvel locations listed on the web site, and neither one knew anything about the supposed "Customer Appreciation Day" promotion. They didn't even have Lil Rounders', and the ice cream cones were far more than 59¢! The QSR site said it was only for participating locations from noon until 5 pm. How misleading to omit critical bits of information!
