My very favorite Mexican restaurant here in Philadelphia is a little storefront on Washington Ave., tucked between an Vietnamese nail salon and a private rowhouse called Plaza Garibaldi. They make the most amazing tostadas that are crunchy, savory, fresh, bright and delightfully greasy, all at once. I've never found their equal anywhere else. However, seeing this picture from food blogger Nicole, I'm beginning to think that there might just be tostada deliciousness beyond the bounds of Garibaldi's four walls.
Thanks Nicole, for adding your picture to the Slashfood Flickr pool.
