6-28-2008 @6:36AM JMForester said... Sadly that's an old photo. A while back the NYC Dept. of Health made Katz's post signs all over the salamis on the wall saying, "Not for Sale" and "For Display Only." A real shame because that extra zing they got from the in store aging was part of the charm.
