I know, I've been there. I made all the wrong choices, too. I drank to many caffeinated beverages and ate too much vending machine/ fast food. There's a better way to do it though. This list of ten healthy eating habits from the University of Oregon give you some great tips for eating properly while you're getting your education.
First and foremost: eat breakfast. If you're in the dorm, you can still keep bagels and some kind of fruit around. Drinking lots of water is on the list, as is being sensible about fast food not to mention the dining hall salad bar.
