Sure, you put butter and salt on your corn on the cob, but what about peanut butter?

I have to admit that I never thought of this before, even though it has the word "butter" in it, but how about spreading peanut butter on your corn on the cob instead (scroll down to comments)? I bet it adds a nice, peanutty taste to the corn taste. There are two ways to do it. You can either spread it on after the corn on the cob is finishing boiling, or you can spread a thin layer on the corn and cover it (with foil or in the husk, which many people swear by) and cook it on the grill. I've never grilled my corn on the cob so I think I'll try this (though I wonder if the peanut butter will get too hot and hard).
Or how about rosemary and sage on your corn?
