If there's heat wave where you are like there's a heat wave where I am, (it was over 90 degrees in some parts of southern California), then you'll appreciate the perfect timing of Ben & Jerry's annual Free Cone Day, which takes place tomorrow, Tuesday April 29, 2008. If you're not sure where there is a Ben & Jerry's shop near you, head over to their website and look one up!If I have it me, I'll definitely making my way over for a free cone, though I do recall that last year, lines at some stores were circling blocks.
May is National BBQ Month and National Hamburger Month
Cupcakes, not for dessert (unless beef is your idea of a treat)
Because eating French Fries in the car is so tough

my daughter worked the free Ben and Jerry day as an extra for a local store. The manager promised his extra workers PAY, a T-SHIRT, and DINNER after the end of the day. The Ben and Jerry store DID NOTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD. NO PAY, NO T-SHIRT, NO DINNER. How cheap and underhanded! They got free labor!

My daughter worked the free cone day at a local Ben and Jerry's. The management told their extra workers that they would get paid, get a t-shirt and out to dinner after the event. They got nothing! NO PAY, NO T-SHIRT, NO DINNER. How cheap can and underhanded can a company be!!!!????
