I think I would prefer the egg scrambled into the sauteed spinach/onion mixture, not much a fan of over-easy runny eggyness, maybe even add some crumbled feta in there, then slap that delicious omelet gently and reverently into the grilled buttered potato roll, adding the crowning touch of bacon, skipping the american due to the wonderful tangy tasty feta cheese.

I think in today's business environments, we all have busy schedules...
Many of us do not have time to eat lunch…just a quick snack at the desk.
The Boston Globe egg and cheese sandwich looks like a nice quick snack…
Do you have any quick recipes for dinner...for us semi-lazy cooks...smile?
