Today might not be the best day to kiss your significant other, but it might just be the day to eat Italian.
Today is Garlic Day, and that means we need some recipes for Roasted Garlic, from Simply Recipes, and Tortellini with Garlic Sage Butter Sauce, from Food & Wine. Or maybe some nice Lamb Chops with Garlic and Olive Oil, also from Food & Wine. And here's a recipe for Pickled Garlic from CD Kitchen.
Meanwhile, Cooks.com has several recipes for various pasta sauces with garlic.

In my little neighborhood they call me the queen of garlic only because I drive them all nuts with it's distinctive aroma wafting through the neighborhood. I use no less than 5 really big bulbs a week sometimes more, I just love it.

Freezing milk sounds like a good way to save money, but, using 2 liter bottles and adding 2 cups cold water to each bottle and then adding the milk, then freezing. Why would you need to add water?
