The photo to the right is of a sample-sized box of Curves Honey Crunch cereal. It was featured on the blog Photoshop Disasters.
Looking at the two toned woman, my first thought was that this had to be a joke. This could never have gone to print. However, I confirmed that the same box was found on the Curves Food site.
Then, I read the comments on the Photoshop Disasters blog and someone pointed out that it was a "matching light orange undershirt/camisole/tank top.. not her skin."
Did you have to look twice to see if it was an orange undershirt or was this obvious to you from the get go?
Be sure to leave your thoughts in the comments and not by using the "Tell us what you think" phone number on the box. I don't think that this was the topic Curves had in mind.

This box will now serve as the poster child for the importance of editting any and all material before publishing.
Once you've said; "oops"! It may already be too late.

In the official photo on the website it's pretty obvious that it's another shirt underneath; it's way too orange. Also, where did her belly button go?

I'm a member of a local Curves - this photo is also on a motivational poster.... and the "undershirt" still didn't read well.

My first reaction was definitely, "she's wearing a cami." That was before reading the ridiculous impression that she looked two-toned. No, she just layers like the rest of us.

etwasneues, while it looks orange and cami-like on the Curves site, it most certainly looks skin-tone (Caucasian skin-tone, at that) in the photo above.

Yeah, the lack of belly button is what at first looked weird, and then tipped me off that it was indeed a second shirt. The stylist should be fired though for choosing that color for the shirt, as it created this confusion.
