4-06-2008 @5:38PM Stefani Pollack said... One method I found to make a butternut squash reduction is to take 1 cup squash brunoise (julienne squash, turn it, and cut again to make fine cubes) and to simmer that with maybe 2 tbsp butter over medium heat.
