I know most of my pastas and I used most of them. Two, however, were new to me.

Two-thirds right, one third wrong. I need to review my Pastas. But I do like to eat 'em, in almost any shape! Even though I grew up first in a rice culture and then a potato culture!

i only got 14 out of 24 and i lived in naples, italy for two years. in fact, my son was born there so he has dual citizenship! he has to declare whether he wants to be an italian or an american before he turns eighteen. how cool is that ...

17 out of 24, and I'm not even Italian. But, I have cooked enough of these to remember most of them. If anyone wants some cool ideas for pastas, rice, or anything else, let me know. I've got a few tricks up my sleeves.
