Rachael Ray will be a cartoon

rachael ray as cartoonHow did we miss this?!?!

Apparently, even if Rachael's show were actually getting cancelled (it's not), she won't go down without a fight. The TV chef is working on an animated series that stars herself as a young chef. The show is being produced by Oprah's company, Harpo Productions (naturally) and is scheduled for debut in January 2009.

Now, I'm not sure how I feel about this one, but to be quite honest, an animated version of Rachael might be easier on the eyes. Then again, it'll still be her voice.

What's her target audience? Children? How low. Is she going to market her Dunkin' Doughnuts and fat laden, junky food to kids? Smart move.

Apparently, Oprah can't face facts that she was wrong about Rachael Ray, and that we are now really, REALLY sick of hearing her screech "Delish!" and "Yum-O" about one of her craptacular recipes, or telling us to drown food in her own brand of "EVOO, that's Extra Virgin Olive Oil." If you're going to tell us what EVOO is every time, why bother coming up with an abbreviation?

She gets on my LAST nerve, and I'll be happy when she finally gets the hint, and goes the hell away.

Actually was too lazy/tired to change the channel the other night and was sucked in to watching RR shove ballpark food down her everloving yappy mouth. Amazing...she can still talk wih half a brat shoved down her throat.
