Unfortunately, it's only her syndicated daytime show on ABC, not all 9,832 of Rachael Ray's other shows on the Food Network. According to an "impeccable" source to New York Post's Page Six, "They are seriously talking about taking her off the air." Is her grin too scary? Too much Yum-o? Apparently, it's her ratings, which was a meager 2.2 when the show debuted two years ago, and has dropped down to a measly 2.0. Yikes.

Cool! Another post so people can rag on Rachel Ray! I can't wait for the original commentary on this one, especially after being served a heaping serving of it by Sarah!

John, you make it sounds as if this hoarse, waxy, talentless clown doesn't somehow deserve to be ragged on.

Yes let the Rachael Ray bashing begin, again. Look if you think you are so much better make your own show.

I just love that Rachel Ray posts get so many comments. The fact is, love her or hate her, everyone has, and is entitled to their opinion! I for one, agree with Bob's commentary...if I'm going to watch a cooking show, I want to learn something, which is why I love "Good Eats", eventhough I find Alton Brown to be almost as annoying as Rachel Ray.

Instead of ragging on her, I never thought her other show would last very long. Her over-the-top personality is ok in 30 minute increments. And people like hearing what she says about food. No one cares what she has to say to celebrities...or what she has to say about anything important.
But you'd think that she'd last longer than Martha Stewart, whose "host chat" is incredibly boring and spends much of her time plugging her new line of stuff from Macy's.

Look, bottom line is there are enough people out there that like her to make it worth the networks money to give her multiple shows. Her books, magazine and cooking gear all sell well too. She must be doing something right. She's not sitting at home or work commenting about others like the rest of us. She is successful for a reason.
