Everyone fast food establishment seems to have these special days where you can get cheap or free food. Ben and Jerry's gives away free ice cream, Dunkin' Donuts has 99 cent lattes, and now McDonald's has announced that they're going to give away McSkillet burritos this Thursday, February 28, and Friday, February 29.
You can't just go in and say "hey, give me a free burrito" though. You get it free with the purchase of a medium or large drink. And you have to buy the McSkillet Burrito (which has sausage, skillet potatoes, scrambled eggs, peppers and onions and cheese) during regular breakfast hours.

I probably won't eat one of these ever again but since I usually order their medium Carmel Iced Coffee anyhow and I haven't yet tried their Breakfast Burrito, I may check this one out just to fill up my stomach since that's hard to do with the gas prices these days. I just won't eat the Sausage!

I went to the McDonald's in Pikesville, MD and they advised me that they are not participating in the promo. I will never go there again promo or not!

The add states "free with med or lg drink. I ordered a large coffee yesterday but was told that the free burrito only came with the purchase of a soft drink! Excuse me - it's a breakfast burrito - I wanted coffee. It just says a drink - since when is a large coffee (at $1.50) not a drink - particularly with a breakfast item? I was not happy. Please explain. Thanks
