It's more fun if you say it like Jerry Lewis: "Blushing LAYYYDEE!"
This is The Blushing Lady, which is made with grapefruit juice, vodka and pomegranate liqueur. It's called that because of its pinkish color, and it certainly seems like the perfect drink for the lady in your life on Valentine's Day.

The Blushing Lady
1 oz PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
2 oz vodka
1 oz pink grapefruit juice
lemon wedge
coarse sugar for rimming
Rub a wedge of lemon around the rim of a martini glass and dip the glass into a plate of coarse sugar. Set it aside. Pour the remaining ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into the garnish martini glass.
PAMA Kiss
1 1/2 oz. PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
3/4 oz. Sour Apple Vodka
1/2 oz. cranberry juice
Mix ingredients in shaker. Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
