I had every intention of featuring some nice, easy sweet treat in this post today. Since it's Super Bowl Week, I figured it would be helpful to post an image and recipe for an easy cookie or a tasty cupcake. But then I started searching around and discovered this. The Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake. There are no words. I want one desperately. Lucky for all of us, Joe posted the recipe for this fantastic creation on his blog, Culinary in the Country.
