Microwave Drop Cookies

FluffNo, this doesn't mean you drop your microwave and delicious cookies suddenly appear.

Mom's Best Recipes, one of my favorite food blogs, has this recipe for Microwave Drop Cookies, which sound great and are super-easy to make, taking only a couple of minutes to make. Seriously, you cook them for two minutes! these might be good if you're looking for a snack at night while you're watching TV or reading and don't want to make them in a regular oven. Full recipe after the jump.

Microwave Drop Cookies

1 6oz. bag Nestle's white chocolate chips
1 cup Jif peanut butter
1 8oz. jar Fluff marshmallow
2 cups Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal

Line cookie sheets with saran wrap. Set aside. In a microwave safe bowl add white chocolate chips. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Remove from microwave and add peanut butter and marshmallow. Stir well. Add rice krispies and stir. Drop by teaspoonsful on to the saran wrap covered cookie sheets. Cool completely, then refrigerate.

On the west coast, Marshmallow fluff is a hot commodity that you can only get by coercing your east and midwest visiting friends to pick up for you.
