1-14-2008 @10:01AM Jason said... As far as that steak article goes...had to roll my eyes. Yet another writer putting forth the myth that searing locks in juices, which simply isn't true at all. It's all about flavor and appearance, which is great and everyone should do it, but the locking in juices BS is just that, and has been scientifically proven completely untrue.
