As a lover of all things pizza-related, I really have to try these.
It's a recipe for pepperoni pizza, only using Pillsbury's Easy Grands! refrigerated biscuits. I always get a little uneasy when I see an exclamation point in the middle of a sentence instead of at the end. Imagine! how! annoying! that! would! be! if! it! was! done! all! the! time!
Anyway, these look pretty good, and ridiculously easy to make. What I find particularly great is that the Grands! come in various flavors (original, buttermilk, Southern style, etc), so you can get some different tastes without adding anything extra to the recipe.
Easy Grands! Pepperoni Pizzas
1 can (16.3 oz) Easy Grands! refrigerated biscuits (any variety)
1 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
sliced pepperoni
Heat over to 375 degrees. Press each biscuit into a 6 inch round. Place on two large or three small greased cookie sheets.
Top each with pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. Bake 10-15 mins or until bottoms are deep golden brown and cheese is bubbly.

For pizza, I used to thaw out and let rise those loaves of bread you get in the freezer section of the supermarket. You definitely have to plan ahead for that method. Then I discovered Pillbury refrigerated pizza dough. It tastes great, makes a wonderful pizza dough, and is very easy to use (pop the can, unroll!). The fat content is lower than bisquit dough.

Gads. Get thee out of my reader!

It makes a thin crust type of pizza, and is yummy! I used spaghetti sauce, regular shredded cheese, and pepperoni, or whatever the kids wanted on it.
