This is possibly the easiest recipe for a drink since...well, probably ice water (fill a glass with ice, add water). It's the Pomegranate Kir, and it's another Christmas cocktail recipe over at FineLiving.com, this time from Lou Siebert Pappas.
It's so easy that I'm not even going to make you jump to the second page!
Pomegranate Kir
4 oz champagne
splash of pomegranate juice
Pour champagne into a chilled flute and top with a splash of pomegranate juice.

Last year at New Year's Eve, we did something similar, using Pama pomegranate liqueur.

Technically, it's a pomegranate Kir Royal, because it is made with champagne. A Kir is made with still wine.
