Obviously, if you plan well enough, you always have everything leftover, since leftovers might actually be the real reason we have Thanksgiving dinner, right?!?!
In our house, the funny thing is, no matter what I do about planning, we have the same pattern of leftovers every year. I can't not make cranberry sauce, but ever year, that is the one thing that seems to be leftover the most -- at least in proportion to how much I make.
What about in your house? What gets leftover the most? Mashed potatoes? Stuffing? The turkey?

Our trashy version of Waldorf Salad (anything which requires a whole bag of mini marshmallows and an entire tub of cool whip is de facto trashy), which is always leftover because a) we don't know how to make it smaller quanities, apparently, and b) my brother would have a sh-- fit if he couldn't have great gobs of it, leftover, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner the next day. Our leftovers are partially by design.

Stuffing is never leftover--Mom's is decidedly Italian, but sooo delicious. Roasted veggies, sweet potatoes (not the kind with marshmallows, but the kind swimming in 2 sticks of butter and brown sugar) and an array of pies. And to Anne: you're invited to our house!!! No one ever touches the stuff, and my Aunt always makes it homemade too!
