Your poll doesn't allow multiple answers, but we often do multiple turkeys. This year we'll have one
traditionally roasted, and one smoked. Many years we do one deep-fried instead of the smoked.

What about those of us who aren't doing turkey for thanksgiving? My family is having ribs. Of course, we're having the big dinner on Sunday, not Thursday. For Thursday, I haven't decided what I'm doing. Either have some kind of Turkey roast, or order Chinese.
