traditionally roasted, and one smoked. Many years we do one deep-fried instead of the smoked.

11-16-2007 @11:08AM B said... What about those of us who aren't doing turkey for thanksgiving? My family is having ribs. Of course, we're having the big dinner on Sunday, not Thursday. For Thursday, I haven't decided what I'm doing. Either have some kind of Turkey roast, or order Chinese.
