I was thinking about the Friends episode where Ross goes crazy because someone at work eats the "Moistmaker" turkey sandwich that sister Monica made for him, and oddly enough, I came across this recipe for the sandwich at fredericksburg.com (scroll down on their site), also inspired by the Friends episode. The secret is the slice of gravy-soaked bread in the middle! Recipe after the jump, along with a special video clip to get you in the mood.
The MoistMaker
Butter or mayonnaise
3 slices white bread
2 slices turkey
2 slices stuffing
1 tablespoon cranberry sauce
Gravy
Spread butter or mayonnaise on two slices of bread and dip (or soak) the other in gravy.
Place a slice of turkey on one slice of buttered bread and top with a slice of stuffing and cranberry sauce. Place the gravy-dipped bread on top and then the other slices of turkey and stuffing. Finish with the other slice of bread.
Heat sandwich in the microwave for 10 seconds and enjoy.
RecipeZaar has another version of the sandwich here.

Secondly: while I am Canadian, we had our Thanksgiving last month. Now I'm craving turkey leftovers so I can try out this sandwich.

My own favorite leftover turkey sandwich is a piece of bread spread with cranberry sauce, sliced turkey, crumbled mild blue cheese, chopped toasted walnuts and another slice of bread spread with mayo. Warm stuffing on the side.
