Ever buy seasonings in those packets (not that I am particularly endorsing that behavior as they are often full of chemicals) from the grocery store but struggle with how best to store them? I do this with spices that come in jars. I transfer the contents of the jar to a one of those snack-size Ziploc bags and then store them all in a large (4X6) notecard box with alphabetized inserts. It's a lot easier than standing on my tip toes to see into the cabinet, or trying to get my measuring spoon in the jar.
