This is becoming a daily event.
American Pie, the company that makes Marie Callender pies, has recalled 1400 cases of frozen turtle pies, saying the pies are contaminated with bacteria. The pies were tested and weren't supposed to be shipped but accidentally left the warehouse. The pies were shipped to 15 states and sold in Kroger, Hy-Vee, and Giant Eagle stores.
