When I post about tantalizing food creations that other people out there are making and writing about, I like to try and be fair. I don't want to play favorites or spend too much time featuring one particular blog, because there are so many amazing cooks and writers out there who deserve attention and a little bit of limelight. So I readily admit that I am breaking my own rule with this post because I just recently wrote about the Elvis cake. But, come on, it's a FlufferNutter cake. You wouldn't have been able to resist either. E from Foodaphilia has been at it again, this time whipping up a FlufferNutter cake for the cafe she bakes for. Check out that picture, with those pools of marshmallow fluff leaking out the bottom of the cake, crying out for someone to dash a finger through them. My friend Ingrid is a big fan of marshmallow fluff sandwiches, I am making this for her the next time she's in town.
