Major bread recall by Sara Lee

Sara Lee Delightful Wheat I've heard of getting iron in your bread, but not like this.

Sara Lee is recalling several different brands of their breads because metal pieces might have gotten into the bread during production. The bread was sold in Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, and parts of Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida.

The bread is sold under different names, including Earth Grains and Sara Lee Delightful Wheat. There are 27 different brands in all. Here are the full details, including the brand names, dates, and code numbers.

So I ran to the kitchen trying to find out whether my Sara Lee bread was "Delightful" or "Delicious" or whatever, and horrors! I have one of the Bad UPC codes. On the other hand, I'm not in one of the states mentioned and there's something about a "222" being on there, which one guesses must be like a "666" in bread terms. Couldn't find it, but then, they didn't tell you exactly where to look.

So, um, like how big and sharp are these metal pieces? I'm pretty lazy about taking things back to the store, and like you said, minerals are good for you...
