TastyFood.tv is a site for food video sharing

Apparently, amateur video making and sharing is all the rage, with new sites popping up faster than dandelions on cow manure. I am guessing they are all hoping to become the next YouTube.

TastyFood.tv is a new site that is worth checking out because it has a variety of food videos ranging from people cooking their favorite recipes to experiences in restaurants to walk-throughs of markets. Right now there seems to be a heavily Asian bent, or at least a very active user who is doing Thai cooking. The above video is a how-to for Panang Curry.

Well I wouldn't call that guy a TV chef exactly. What the video actually is, is an advertisment/how to video for the currysimple.com product.

As an aside, I have no affiliation with currysimple.com, but I can vouch for the quality of the product. I cook Thai food from scratch (thanks Mom!) every so often, and their curry is every bit as good as the one I make myself.

Would it be possible to alter the link so the video doesn't start playing as soon as a visitor comes to Slashfood.com? Some of us are interested, we jsut also sit near IT individuals at work. ;)
