
More French toast?! Does the madness ever end? Apparently it doesn't, since it's late afternoon, and I am drooling all over my keyboard looking at breakfast. I love stuffed French toast.
Food blog Nook & Pantry likes fresh-from-the-oven Brioche, but looks forward to the day that the bread goes stale because day-old brioche makes "the best French toast." This French toast is really a sandwich (two slices of bread put together rather than a single slice cut partially open into a "pocket") that has been dipped in regular French toast egg batter, then fried. I love that the French toast has been dusted liberally with powdered sugar, as if the Nutella wasn't sweet enough!
