There's something about this photo of Food Blogga's Chocolate Cinnamon Mousse with Cherries that makes is whisper "sexy summer" to me. Cherries, naturally, are a quintessential summertime fruit, but because they are cooked down with Port and black cherry preserves, they take on a slippery softness. Cinnamon isn't exactly a summertime spice in my book, but I suspect that it gives the chocolate mousse a little bit of kick.
Then again, maybe it's just sexy to me because the recipe is from Dave Lieberman.
The recipe, from Bon Appetit, is republished on Food Blogga's blog.

Thanks for the coverage. This tasted as sinfully delicious as it looks.
