Apples and Fish vs. Asthma and Allergies

applesWant to protect your unborn kids from getting asthma and allergies? You might want to add fish and apples to your diet.

Researchers in Scotland and the Netherlands have discovered that apples might have an effect on asthma in kids aged 5 and that fish might have an effect on the risk of eczema in children.

This isn't the first study involving the same group of children. Earlier studies suggested that mothers who had more vitamin E, vitamin D and zinc while pregnant might also lower the risk of asthma, allergies and eczema.

are various products in the market which claim to treat the acne perfectly, but
all they claim are just fake, There are so many theories for acne removal.
There are contemporary and parallel theories also for acne removal. Mainly home
remedies or herbal remedies are indicated as parallel methods of acne removal.

Call this a shot in the dark, but maybe the parents who eat healthier while conceiving/gestating/raising children are the ones who don't smoke.

The article is about eating those foods during pregnancy to reduce health problems in children. It is NOT about children eating those foods to control existing problems.

Another point of interest regarding fish and pregnancy is the good mental development of babies who's mothers had diets high in low-mercury fish during the 2nd trimester.

If you 'really' want to know why people are developing allergies in general, turn off cell phones, computers, and the electricity coming into your house and watch your body suddenly heal. Manmade EMFs make your immune system behave abnormally, and in the case of food allergies at least, it makes you have allergic reactions to high iron and high copper foods - wheat, soy, egg, nuts, beans, seeds.

Don't believe me? Read 'Cross Currents'. Scientists know cell phones and the 60 hz frequency is unsafe, but too many businesses would suffer, so instead, people do.

This just confirms what I have believed for a long time, fish is one of nature's best health foods. Pregnant woman dig in! In addition, try using less "Lysol" like anti bacterial cleaners that make it hard for children to build simple immunities. It ends up creating obscure allergies in kids such as the deadly peanut allergies. Peace out. :)

It means that the way you think causes the dis-ease.It also means that healing may be found not in apples or pears but forgiving and releasing anger and resentment. Think about it!

And why do the morons at AOL let that kind of crap stand while they "diligently" monitor people's profiles. They need to get their priorities straight.

And Robert? Do the world a favor and kill yourself.

Eating (organic) apples and more fish seems like a good plan for pregnancy (and perhaps all round)but always check with your doctor first before making extreme changes in eating during pregnancy. You have to watch for over-eating fish (especially certain kinds) because of mercury levels and poor fishing practices. I highly suggest you check with the Seafood Watch program at Monterey Bay Aquarium before stepping up to your local fish counter.
