5-20-2007 @3:05PM Felipe said... Actually it's not italian but portuguese, on the post she sayed that the capelettis are filled with a mix of goat and mascarpone cheese. If you want to try the capelettis you can go to Brazil and visit Clo's restaurant in Sao Paulo.
