We conclude Boston Bartender Week with The Scofflaw, the signature drink of James Dorsey, who tends bar at Sorellina on Huntington Avenue.
The Scofflaw
three parts rye whiskey
one part dry vermouth
one part fresh lemon juice
one part real Grenadine
two dashes Angostura bitters
Add all ingredients into a pint glass filled with ice. Roll contents in a Boston shaker (but don't shake) until well mixed, strain, and serve straight up.
