Coming Soon: Martha Stewart frozen foods

Martha StewartCome on, you just knew that this was going to happen sooner or later: Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia has reached a deal with Costco to offer frozen and fresh refrigerated foods for customers. The items will start showing up in Costco locations in 2008.

This article makes a good point about how this will affect Martha Stewart's image. It's one thing for Martha to tell us how to make neat crafts and how to clean our homes and where to vacation and how to decorate, and give us recipes and kitchen tips, but what if we try these foods -- foods that the company has made, supposedly -- and we don't like them, or they're just "typical grocery food?" As the piece says, drapes and paints cannot spoil in the refrigerator."

But they'll probably be fine. But I wonder what foods she'll offer? Probably something a little fancier than corn dogs and Salisbury steak.

BELIVE ME HER NAME WILL NOT GO ON IT UNLESS ITS BETTER THAN EVERYONE ELSES AND WITH COSTCO REPUTATION OF THEIR OWN PRIVATE BRANDS. ITS GOING TO BE A WINNER.

SO DOES THIS MEAN THAT SAMS IS LOOKING AT CHEF TEL FOR DINNERS?

THE TAMPERING WITH OUR FOODS HAS GOTTEN SO OUT OF HAND WITH ALL OF THE GENETICALLY MODIFIED FOODS. I KNOW MARTHA CARES ABOUT THESE IMPORTANT THINGS IN LIFE - HOPEFULLY SHE WILL PASS IT ON TO THE CONSUMER AND KEEP IT ORGANIC!!!!!!

investment crimes, Insider trading and Fraud? The same "Martha", who did time in prison for these crimes? That's after her Lawyers plea bargained and had other charges dropped? Yep, thought so.
Now she's comming 0ut with a line of frozen food products. You've made comments about the content, and quality of these products, and come to the conclusion that "...if Martha put her name on it, it must be a GOOD thing...".I about fell out of my chair after reading a post about Martha & money. It asked, why can't you complement her for her financial freedom, and that she turned away from a glamerous life, to be in the kitchen. I don't think Martha has cooked or cleaned anything in 40 yrs. She's like Oprah on that road trip in a car for a TV thing. She said she was totally LOST when she stopped for gas. Said she hadn't pumped her own gas in around 20+ years.
Now Paris Hilton gets her turn in the barrel. Can't imagine it being worse than a stay at good hotel, and she'll make millions from the story. Who cares.
The bigger the scandel, the more popular they become.
I can see how "LOW LIFES", like The Clintons and others, can retain their popularity, no matter what they do. It's People like you. You really don't care how wrong, or abused your treated, as long as they say "Sorry", pat you on your head and swear not to do it again, until the next time.
Anyone still wondering why we have all these problems in America. If you are, you might want to hurry to get in line early for your favorite
"AS#%oles" Next book release, and signing.......

As far as actors not being trained chefs, Vicent Price was renouned for his skills in the kitchen with the best chefs of his time anxious to share recipes and hear his judgement on their latest creations! Since when does having one talent preclude others? In regards to Martha's new line, Costco has had some hits and misses in their frozen entrees, but I would be willing to at least try them. She was a caterer at one time, so she does know food.

No, Paul is not a cook, but a hell of a nice guy.
All of the profits from his Food products are donated to Charity.

Martha is a good cook, but Charity is hardly her goal.
