Are you a regular drinker? Let me rephrase that. Are you a "regular" drinker?
Here's a drink from The Food Monkey, which I found in Boston Now, a new free daily in the Hub. Sort of like Metro, but with better content. This drink combines booze with something you might not have thought of adding to your cocktail.
The Regular
2 oz. vodka
1/2 tsp Metamucil or similar fiber supplement
Pour vodka into a brandy snifter. Add Metamucil with a spoon. With quick flicks of the wrist, continuously swirl the vodka/fiber mix around in a clockwise motion so the parts become incorporated. Do not stop swirling. When the ingredients are well mixed, do one final big swirl that ends near your mouth and drink down the entire drink while it's still moving.
