I know, I know. We're all still scrambling to get our taxes done for the deadline next week, but let's not forget that Earth Day is coming up on Sunday April 22. I can't say that I necessarily live a totally "green" lifestyle, but if I'm going to eat chocolate, I may as well eat "green," right? Food blogger Sean Timberlake of Hedonia has put together a list of Green Chocolate on ThisNext.com with 11 different kinds. My favorite of the bunch is Green & Black's Dark Chocolate Bar with Ginger. Delicious!

G&Bs chocolate is HEAVEN!! I'm not a big sweets fan, but I can never pass up G&B chocolate. My favourites are the Mayan Gold and the Cherry.
