According to Bjorn Lindberg, colors taste like a lot of different things.
Bjorn Lindeberg is a professional food photographer, and though I haven't checked out the rest of his works, I wam completely enamored of his photographs in the collection called "The Taste of Color." Lindberg originally began by taking photos of foods that were truly black, then ended up doing foods in other colors as well. Green seems easy, as does red, but I tried to imagine how difficult it must have been to come up with foods that were truly white. I have to wonder how much of the photographs were touched up since the foods look really white. Personally, I love the feeling that I get from all the yellow.
