I'm sure we all do this. We buy a gorgeous head of lettuce at the market with grand plans to eat salad all week, especially now that it's Spring, but by the time Friday rolls around, you've been up to your eyeballs doing this, that and the other that when you open your fridge, your lettuce has wilted into the equivalent of leafy raisins. They're the same, color, too. Thanks to Dancing Spoon, you'll never have wilted lettuce again! Or at least it'll avoid the wilt stage for longer. They've put together a quickie guide on how to prep your lettuces for storage. If you eat greens often, then you probably already know all of this, but it's good info for anyone who hasn't seen a green vegetable since his/her mother served Icerberg at home!
