Just in case she happens to find herself with a spare two or three minutes a day, Rachael Ray has sourced yet another job. In addition to hosting her three television shows -- Rachael Ray, 30-Minute Meals, and Tasty Travels -- she is also the editor-in-chief of her own magazine Every Day With Rachael Ray, has written numerous cookbooks, and recently launched her own brand of olive oil. Now, you can add Dunkin' Donuts spokesperson to that ever-increasing list. When asked how she manages her schedule, she answered in true spokesperson form. "The answer is coffee. Having grown up in the Northeast, I have a longstanding and deep appreciation for Dunkin'."
For the next three years, Ray will be involved in all aspects of the Dunkin' Donuts marketing campaign including television spots, online ads, radio, print, and personal appearances. In addition, she will be working with the DD culinary team to help develop food and beverage options that are better for your health. My guess is either the EVOO Donut Delish or the Yum-O Cappuccino.

She's personable & has a nice Italiano Hubby &, being 100% Italian, I admire that. HOWEVER: She's like fungus: EVERYWHERE! I just want smaller doses of RR, NOT 3 Food Network shows, a talk show, cookbooks & products & now DD! I LOVE DD'S Java, but HATE those burpbombs. YUK-O! I only get the coffee anyhow. There are a LOT who like her & (as I saw on the posts) a bunch of sarcastic anti RR. Different strokes for different folks. Needless to say: I'm trying NOT to watch RR, but it seems like she's judging PIZZA now (New York or CHICAGO). What NEXT?

Rachel Ray is either annoying or enjoyable. I choose to watch her because she makes it easy to cook. All of the other marketing ideas that she is involved in makes her money. So what? Isn't that the "American Way"?

She may be into a lot of things right now, but why fault her for trying to make some money while she can. As for her looks and her body size, how can someone fault another person for that. She is a fairly attractive young woman and no, she isn't a size 2 or 4. She is one of the few people in the public eye who hasn't given into pressure and became bone thin. She probably samples her own cooking! Anyway, how long has it been since you looked in the mirror?! If you don't like her, fine. You don't have to ugly. TDL-Tennessee

I tune everything out that comes up with her anymore ... just too, too much. Watch her progression from cute girl into loud and obnoxious on her TV show.

I think she's in our face toomuch and it's time to not be so over exposed..people tend to get tired of what they have too much of..and she's on the brink of that now.

There is nothing wrong with someone who states an opinion, but using terms like "whore," "b!tch" and "porker" concerning R.R. is not only uncalled for, it shows what kind of small and narrow minded person the comments came from. Never mind that a lot of people are jealous of her because they have not achieved notoriety and success as she has done in a relatively short period of time, our society seems to cater to this type of vulgarity which is a sad comentary on our American state of affairs. Two years short of the "baby boomer" catagory and proud of it.

Also, when do you have time for that poor hubby of yours? Remember where you came from an also your family.

No one can argue that she is a hard worker, which also can signify greed, but she deserves whatever success she has.
However, as a consumer and citizen, I do not like "over saturation of the market" by ANYONE: cook, tv personality, musician--WHOEVER!!! When I see too much of one particular person it turns me OFF! I do my own little boycott of their products and such. I guess I feel that marketers are positioning people to be idols for us to worship (and by worship I mean give our attention to and allegiance to and money to).
I like Martha and Oprah and some others OKAY, but I am not going to be "faithful" to anyone but the invisible immutable supreme GOD!
Oh, and we eat Krispy Kreme because although I like the variety of donuts at DD, DD never seems as clean in our area and they keep flies.

"to each their own". As a woman I am impressed and inspired by what Rachael Ray has accomplished. She went from being a northeast food broker to a multi-talented telivision star who runs her own magazine and endorses products that she enjoys. She is in control of her own life, making her own money and by the sounds of it having a wonderful time while doing it. I say stop all the hating and be happy that our daughters have a strong, driven role model to look up to who doesn't have to dress in skimpy dresses minus underwear to get attention.
