Our friends over at healthy lifestyle and fitness blog That's Fit have just done a review of Celestial Seasonings Zingers To Go Tea Mix, and thankfully, blogger Brian White has given the powdered drink mix a thumbs up. The drink mix is a ready-mix herbal tea that simply requires water and something to use to mix it all up. The mix makes one 16 ounce drink that has nothing but all-natural ingredients like Stevia as the sweetener, which adds no calories to the drink. Sure sounds better than the 180 or so calories in a soda!I'm actually quite surprised that more people aren't using these types of drinks as replacements for soda. You would think that the convenience of a small powdered packet as well as the dirt cheap price (Zingers To Go is $2.50 for 10 packets) would make this a no-brainer, not to mention the fact that it's far healthier than any canned soda.
Hopefully, people will turn around.

I had some up here in Wisconsin from a Logli's supermarket. They're OK, but one batch of the flavored herb tea tasted like an alfalfa brew. Fortunately, the other flavor didn't. The stevia doesn't add as much sweetness as one might think, but it gives it a lightly sweetened tone to the flavor.

Tastes terrible. I stick with soft drinks and/or fruit juice.
And I'm thin and healthy.

I must be kind of weird, but I skip the Crystal-Lite middle man and go straight for something actually healthy--Airborne! I'm addicted to the Pink Grapefruit flavor, and it even is a little fizzy. I hate the taste of tap water in New York, so it's really ideal to pop in and go, though obviously a bit more pricy than the above, it's packed full of fight-the-nasties, so I think it's worth it.

I am a big fan of Celestial Seaonings Green and White test. As such, I had to try the 'Zingers to go Peach Delight Green Tea'. I found the peach taste to be dreadful. I will stick to bringing a 32oz bottle full of their regular tea to work from now on.
