Are you a fan of Starbucks? What about Bravo's Project Runway? The coffee giant teamed up with season 3 finalist Mychael Knight to produce some limited edition, customizable coffee t-shirts that are being given away at MyStarbucksShirt.com. The site has an application that allows you to put your favorite drink combination onto a shirt, providing everyone with something that is both very Starbucks and very you.
Before you get too excited, there are a couple of restrictions on this promotion. The giveaway began on February 15th and only lasts until February 28th. A total of only 10,000 t-shirts will be given out, meaning that there is a limited number available every day and they sell out quickly! The best strategy for acquisition is to try to get online as close to 10am PST (1pm eastern) as possible, as that is when the promo "refreshes" every day with a new batch of shirts.
The combo I came up with (pictured) isn't something that I would necessarily order when I go out for coffee, but it makes for a pretty interesting shirt. What will your Starbucks shirt - assuming you are lucky enough to get one - say?

I've been looking at the site since 10 minutes before the start of the new daily period and it is now nine minutes after it has begun and after frequent page refreshes, it still tells me that they are out of t-shirts for the day. That is so obnoxious! (But only because I really want one!) The designs are pretty awesome but it doesn't really make sense to get a drink that you would actually order because it doesn't look as pretty, at least in my case.

I signed on exactly at 1 pm EST and got a shirt. My daughter signed on at 1:02 and they were out of shirts...You have to be there at 1 eastern or 10 pacific exactly!

I saw this on myspace and did it about 2 weeks ago. I just got my shirt today and it includes a coupon that is until march 31 when go to a starbucks wearing the shirt you get the drink for free. Mine says tall 4 shots brewed coffee which I think is the last drink on earth a person at a starbucks would order which I think is more of a reason why I got mine

I signed in at 1PM EST today and I went through the process...finally got to a pop-up that said "Congratulations.." and that I'd get the T-Shirt in 2-4 weeks. However it also said I'd get an email confirmation but I haven't received anything in the email inbox I had in the order.
How long did it take to get the email after you placed the order for the tshirt? I guess at this point if it didn't go through for some reason, I'm screwed but was just curious.
