This is a great cookbook, even for those not following a low carb diet. I have several of her other books and love the style of writing and ease of use.
I don't think most people realize how easy it is to improve their health by changing their diets in small, yet significant ways. Lowering my sugar/starch load has drastically improved my blood test numbers in all areas.
I would enthusiastically encourage everyone to give this cookbook and its author at least an open mind and ear. Life Changing!
