1-22-2007 @3:20PM Michael Sills said... I made the mac n'cheese yesterday. I followed the recipe but the roux and described never turned to bechamel. I redid it doubling the ratio of flour/butter to the milk. Did anyone else make it and have any trouble with the roux?
