Friday Happy Hour: Rhum Clément and Creole Shrubb Cocktails

Last weekend I told you about the magnificent Rhum Clément Creole Shrubb Curacao orange liqueur. For our Friday Happy Hour I would like to give you some cocktail recipes using Creole Shrubb and the fine Clément Rhums.

Luxury Experience's Créole Creamsicle
(from Luxury Experience magazine)
1 3/4 oz. Rhum Clément V.S.O.P.
3/4 oz. Rhum Clément Liqr>ueur Créole Shrubb
1 3/4 oz. freshly squeezed orange juice
1/3 cup vanilla ice cream
6ice cubes
freshly grated nutmeg
orange twist, for garnish
Pour all ingredients except the nutmeg and the orange twist in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a margarita glass and sprinkle with a light dusting of nutmeg, and garnish with an orange twist.

4 oz. Brut Champagne or Prosecco
Orange zest w/ Strawberry Garnish

Créole Daiquiri
4 oz. of Clément Première Canne White Rum
1 oz. Clément Créole Shrubb
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Lime Wheel Garnish

Créole Chiller
2 oz. Clément Créole Shrubb
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Splash of Grenadine
2oz. Iced Tea
Lemon and Mint Garnish

The Clément Mojito
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
2 Lime Wedges
4 Fresh Mint Leaves
1 oz. of Clément Canne Syrup
(or Clément Créole Shrubb for Orange Spice Mojito)
Muddle Contents and Add Ice
3 oz. of Clément Première Canne
1 oz. Club Soda or Sparkling Wine
Mint Sprig Garnish

Clément Mai Tai
3 oz. Clément Première Canne White Rum
1 oz. of Clément Créole Shrubb
1 oz. of Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz. of Pineapple juice
A Dash of Grenadine
Lime Peel and Pineapple Stick Garnish

Clément Ti Punch
4 oz. Clément Première Canne White Rum
1/2 oz of Fresh Lime juice
1 oz. Clément Canne Syrup
Lime Zest Garnish

Clément Cosmo
4 oz. Clément Première Canne White Rum
1 oz. Clément Créole Shrubb
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime juice
Cranberry for color
Lime/Lemon Zest Garnish

Clément Manhattan
4 oz. Clément V.S.O.P. Rum
1 oz. Bitters
Cherry Garnish

Clément Créole Collins
3 oz. Clément V.S.O.P. Rum
1 oz. Clément Créole Shrubb
2 oz. Fresh Lemon/Lime Juice

Old-Fashion Créole Style Highball
2 cherries
1 orange slice
1 oz. of Clément Créole Shrubb
3 dashes of Bitters
Muddle these Contents
Add ice
3 oz. of Clément V.S.O.P. Rum
splash of seltzer

Madame Clément Martini

3 oz. Clément Première Canne White Rum
1/4 oz. Grenadine
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
